Its a dedicated bespoke fine jewellery design and manufacturing service which is ALL about making extremely special pieces of very precious jewellery. It's an elitist service for those that respect the art of fine jewellery but are not taken in by the woolly-waffle, do not what to pay brand premiums and want to deal person-to-person with straight talking, knowledgeable, informed and well connected professionals to get the very best, the very finest jewellery with unquestionable, unbeatable value.

We are designers and manufacturers of fine jewellery. The Billing family have been in diamonds since 1968 and we make a point of surrounding ourselves and building our team from the most talented of artisans. Brilliant service

Excellent service, friendly team with great correspondence and knowledge. Safe secure traceable delivery. I would never consider buying diamond jewellery from anyone else having been an extremely satisfied customer. You can choose the grade of diamonds that you prefer and have them set in you choice of settings, or have a bespoke piece made. I can’t recommend this great company enough.

How does it work?

DAY 1

Book a telephone consultation

CLICK HERE to do so, now

Talk to a diamond expert, cut through the jargon. There is no obligation just honest, impartial straight talking information that so many have found so very helpful.
DAY 2

Expect the call it will last as long as you want it to. During the session we will create a unique personal page just for you. We will examine and discuss actual certificated diamonds and discuss the pros and cons of each stone. We will explore and discuss your design needs.
DAY 3

We will negotiate the best price for your chosen stone with the diamond cutter. We are a premiere diamond broker. Your chosen ston(s) could be any where in the World. Work will start on your design

We'll keep in touch.
DAY 4

Your design work should be ready. An average 5 hours of intense design work will have been completed. We'll share photo realistic images of your design with you. You will see full rotational shots of the finished design.
DAY 5

Assuming the design meets your expectations we then have to create the master. Over a period of up to 3 hours the CAD master will be created and supported by one of our master makers. We have the precise measurements of your stone(s) and the master is made specifically to that specification.
DAY 6

The piece is then ready for 3D print. We use only the very best Envisiontec ® specialised 3D printers to attain the highest of qualities. Because of the precision the process that takes and average of 11 hours.
DAY 7

Your diamond and any other precious stones will start the journey from the cutter and while they are at 35,000 feet we will begin the manufacture of your bespoke piece with the first cast. We will keep you in the loop.
DAY 8

The stones will have arrived in the UK and will be on their journey through customs. Meanwhile your ring or jewellery will be at the assay office for a detailed independent purity test and hallmarking - its UK law and a quality assurance for you.
DAY 9

We'll get the ring back from hallmarking and the goldsmith will start on the 'mounting' of your ring. This will lift the piece from a crude ugly casting to a thing of much beauty. Hours of work will ensure that the highest quality in the finished piece will be reached.
DAY 10

After much attention to detail the completed mount passes through quality control and onto one of our skilled diamond setters. A simple text alert will keep you informed.
DAY 11

Combine a 30 year skill set and a microscope and your very special piece will be beautifully hand-set, each diamond is carefully positioned and then 'dressed' into the piece a critical arrangement which will ensure that each stone benefits from maximum light play.
DAY 12

This is the polish and finishing day. The piece will go through a hand polishing process which includes thread polishing of the settings, think flossing, minute detailing so rarely performed these days and from there through 3 to 5 grades of polishing mop and compound. We also apply any special finishes and personalisation like engraving.
DAY 13

This day is all about detailing. Your piece will go through our stringent, detailed quality control (QC) with a complete examination under a microscope. Metal finish and stone security is checked and tested. We will photograph the piece from all angles and make a 360° video of your design.
DAY 14

This day is all about presentation, packing and posting. For UK goods we use Royal Mail special delivery a fully insured, trackable service which ensures a next day delivery. For exported pieces we use Fedex or DHL depending on which country you live in.
